Hello, I'm the Jo in Joanne Nash Design and transforming spaces is the thing I love to do. 

I've been renovating houses for over 10 years now, building dream homes while also creating my little black book of people I love to work with, who I trust. 

Before Joanne Nash Design I used to direct documentaries for National Geographic and the Discovery Channel, making the most of a Cambridge Natural Sciences degree. But my two boys made the idea of long shoots away much less appealing, and so house renovations turned from a hobby, to a second career. It's oddly not too dissimilar from making films, you start with a blank canvas, and by using the best people who know their job, you create something beautiful.

Now my job is interior design but its also getting the best out of the team. The people I work with have become friends over the years. They go the extra mile for me, and I keep coming back. 

I learn from the team all the time as they are experts in their field, but my other teachers have been my children. I specialise in family homes and gardens because I know what it takes to make one, and, how important it is to make this a success.
